The challenge

Nimbus was outgrowing the third-party booking SDK their clinicians used and losing 12% of consultations to dropped video calls. We rebuilt the patient and provider stacks from the ground up.

A retrieval-grounded study companion for K–12, deployed across an 18-school pilot. Every answer cites the textbook page it came from, and teachers see what their class is stuck on each morning.

    A one-week paid sprint where two of us live in your problem. We come out with a written plan, a risk register, and a yes/no on whether we should keep going.

    Architecture, environments, CI/CD, design system, observability scaffolding — the things that quietly decide whether a project ships on time.

    Iterative delivery

    Weeks 4–N
